My account on chaturbate is soyjuliana19. I'm contacting you guys since Im desperately looking for help
My account soyjuliana19 was linked with my couple's account, gingerale212, and right now his account is suspended because of verification reasons, but also my account was suspended, I got my ID and verification approved, but the account is being labeled as "Inelegible to broadcast" with no justified reasons, I already unlinked my account from my husband's account and i'm still unable to stream.
i'm going thru a very HARD time since this has been my way of income for years now, I has been a model on Chaturbate for years, with more than 30.000 followers and tokens on my wallet,
I believe this is a very unfair for me and I'm kindly requesting for help to contact support since i haent get a response on this. I really wanna to be able to stream again since neither me or my couple did anything wrong.
Regardless the outcome of the verification process of my husband's account, I should be able to stream independently on my account, which is already verified.
We already opened tickets on the support site but we haven't got any response yet and I'm getting very anxious
We kindly and humbly appeal to your empathy and support on this case, since we are a couple of models that right now have no ways to produce income given this situation. I hope we get to speed up a resolution together and get back to cameras soon.
