ID is not valid. Reason: Restricted Region

Hello there!
I've tried to verificate my age at Chaturbate but still have " ID is not valid. Reason: Restricted Region". Both photos have good quality and
meet the requirements. So I don't really know what to do
I wrote a letter to support but they did not give me any answer. After that I tried to upload another photos one more time. Denied by the same reason.
punker barbie, I heard you can help me on this forum. What can I do to verificate my age and start broadcast withput any issue?

Thanks. I've recieved letter but still do not understand what's the problem.
Why my region is banned? My citizenship and city of rezidence are not the same. Are you rejecting because of the country in which I was granted citizenship?
