As far as I understand, if it was approved, even in the case of repeated appearance on camera (even if you do not work together). This shouldn't be a problem anymore.
Although, you better close the door on him and explain that this creates problems for you.

they were seperate instances i got him on my account then he popped in a couple days later to tell me something and i got suspended again
