Might be due to one of several reasons. You say trans, but are you using the FEMALE or MALE category? There's a separate TRANS category. I know it's very common for Pilipino trans community to use the FEMALE or MALE category, and are eventually banned/suspended for doing such. I'm not saying this is right or wrong, just speculating. You also said something about roleplaying as a "boy"... underage roleplay is against the rules.
