I was banned and support hasn't responded

Hi, as the title states, I was banned but support hasn't gotten back to me. I had just started a new account and only streamed for an hour. The following day my account was banned, and I've tried contacting support through both the form and the support@chaturbate.com email. I'm certain I didn't violate any rules; I've been doing this for seven years and this is a first.
@punker barbie , I'm hoping you can help me, even just to get a response.
