I was banned 11 days ago,no answer

Hello @punker barbie , may I please you for help?My account was banned on 12.11-before 11 days and there is no answer what is going on.
My accounts is Hornyhairy933,but the problem is that another profile that im verified in -was banned too.
Another user can't use his profile, because of my bann.
Im pleasing for urgent help because I really need my profile!

Going out on a limb, but if no reply to supports email or here that long.....
Gonna guess to them you violated their TOS and bans permanent and won't get a reply or reason etc.

If you emailed their support and got automated reply and its been two weeks and no followup from them.... You probably won't get a solution/answer why etc.
And like many, move on to another cam site.
