I think someone used my strip chat account and now it’s blocked

My username is frannnnxx.
I tried getting in today and it was blocked. I checked my email and it said there was a refund of 10$.

I don’t even know what happened. I would just like to know why. Psa: I have a partner at home that might have entered with my password.

I would like to know the reason of what caused this and if there’s any way of unblocking it.
