Hello @punker barbie ! You seem really active and helpful, could I inquire about my account "Royal_Colton" I hadn't signed in for over a year and when I tried to login last week, I couldn't get past the 2 step-verification... I emailed support and never heard anything back so my boyfriend and I made a new account which was banned. I did a bunch of research and it seems I was banned without knowing it? I am unsure... Help would be greatly appreciated! LOVE YOU! ♡

royal_colton is definitely banned, it has a room password on it so you can't see it visiting the page directly but the APIs show the room banned.

Did your ID expire within the year you were offline? If so, that's why the account was banned.
