You agreed to the TOS and you broke that agreement

You will not create additional accounts in an attempt to circumvent a ban by us or another Community Member.

That is "bad and forbidden" according to the site rules. It also converts what may be temporary bans to permanent ones

@Aua sadly as stated right from support after you emailed them, your account is no longer. Also nothing anyone else can do to help you get it back. Only option left sadly for you is to move on yo another site if you can.
