i cashed out between 1-15th two times the today is 22nd i havent received any payment from chatubate i tried sending them email no response...i choosed bitcoin method of payment...what might be the problem?

Hey @punkerbarbie ! I haven't received my payment either and it's been a whole day already. I transferred all my tokens and this is my full time job please help me. My payment method is valid too (direct deposit). My account name is under my same username here
