They will only reply to the email thats attached to the cam account.

They usually dont on weekend. Just wait for them to reply. Could take a few days

Thats my official email attached to the cam account. Secondly, responses only happens when you have a support ticket. I have not been given a support ticket nor any automated response showing my request has been received and being looked at.
