Some years ago I reached a studio when I was pretty newbie. They did everything, they signed us up and we started working. I had no clue on what to do so they provided me a lot of support. They did all the management and I was just being nice and sexy in front of the camera, it was a long time ago. Then, suddenly our account was banned. We were asking why to the studio and my girlfriend and I were pretty concerned about this due the fact that we were working hard on this. At this point we had some time working on the platform. They didn't reply to us. They were making circles no points and the only thing that I could recall that got me confused was that they told us that we had a problem with our documents. Since that moment I started to investigate and I have been trying to create a new account. Theres silence from them since then, they don't answer our questions, our calls and it was pretty hard to disattach my documents from other pages. Tons of emailing and explaining the whole situation. But I discovered that I was banned permanently from StripChat and my girlfriend was totally banned from Chaturbate. Throught rumors that I have heard from other models of that studio they were telling me that studio they provide some documents to people who are not capable to work correctly, they just use a document which could fit the profile of the new model who are not able to work in this sites. So, how can I fix this whole situation? I'd love to work again in this sites with her. Is there something that I could provide to solve this?

Creating additional accounts to circumvent a ban is against TOS. YOU (the person) are banned, not the account. Each and every new account you create will be banned once identified. My recommendation is to email support from either site to plead your case and ask that your identification be removed from the previous studio account(s), and then ask for permission to create your own personal account. Please note that you should NOT attempt to create any new accounts until you have been given permission to do so from the sites.

I have been trying to get in touch with StripChat and I have been explaining the whole situation but it feels like they are just giving me an automatic reply... Not really sure if I am doing it correctly.

Without you sharing the correspondences between you and them, it's difficult to advise how you might differ your messaging.
