I got parmanently banned on Chaturbate.

Hello @punker barbie I was a model on chaturbate for a few yrs and one day I brought a lady who was interested to work and she had a passport so I made her an account .
I added her as a guest in my account and she added me also in her account. My intentions were for us to make as much money as we could little did I know my life was about to be over.
We were online for hrs and at some point my account got suspended. After a few hrs it got banned. I was left wondering why and so I sent them an email of which they responded like this:

Thank you for reaching out; however, in further researching this matter, we found that you were previously permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform in connection with identity fraud. Specifically, you uploaded 2 forms of identification with conflicting data: the date of birth on your passport shows the date of birth of March 5, 1996, while your ID card shows a date of birth of May 5, 1996. You were notified of this permanent ban, and the consequences of violating same, on December 27, 2022, in ticket no. 20922196.

To the extent you can provide us with verifiable documentation explaining this discrepancy, we would be pleased to review them. Until such documentation is received, we are unable to assist further and may not respond to emails

My question is because I fixed my ID and now it matches my Passport how am I going to get back on the site and work.
I have an advocate letter to prove that it was legally changed and it was a mistake that was done when I was registering for my ID when I was 18.
My username was Sophiadickson .
Please ask them how they would prefer I send them the documents to prove that everything has been legal all along it was just a small mistake that even the authorities fixed.
If I can send you the advocates letter and my documents for you to give to them I would appreciate a lot .
I lost everything when I lost chaturbate I had to go back to the village and you can imagine living Afrika in the bush how hard it is.
Please my sister help me I will be forever grateful

They did reply saying am permanently banned can't they just give me one more chance because it was not my fault the ID didnt match and plus I have advocate's letter to prove I changed to the correct birth month legally.
In America am sure if something is wrong and you fix it and solve it its fine.
seriously I changed the ID birth month from May to March and that's the correct and best thing I did.
What do they need Please tell me I will provide.
Can I send you my documents you show them.
I have written tons of emails sent so many photos and created so many accounts just trying to solve it.
Please Love find it in your heart to help me solve the issue.
Can I attach those documents on here .
