I got banned for 30 days for not registering my co model.

Hi, I got banned from stripchat for unregistered person. I'm not aware of it that I have to register my co model(bf). Now I got a 30 days ban. I'm new there I've been on for like one week. Please help me mam

You'll just have to wait it out. They typically give a permanent ban for this offense. You are lucky, imo.

But I'm genuinely curious why SC gives some models a temporary ban for this, but others receive a permanent ban. Some of the permanently banned models did it on their very first broadcast too. What causes this double standard?

I can see that you had appealed your case through our Support team, but it was unfortunately unsuccessful. Now you will just need to wait out the suspension length. In the meantime, I encourage you to familiarize yourself with all of our rules to ensure that you do not receive any future suspensions.

Each case is investigated on an individual basis, and penalties are delivered accordingly. If a model feels that a suspension / ban is unfair, then they are always welcome to reach out to our Support team to appeal their decision. help@stripchat.com
