I get banned during verification

Hello,Dear @punker barbie can you please help me? I worken on CB with my bf about 1.5 years (account name evaguenter), we never broke rules of CB, never had banned. I wanted to get new account because bought new camera, new background and wanted to get new shape. I disabled account evaguenter and created new account (account name petitebiscuit), upload ID's and photos and started broadcast, we get warning and it says documents was not confirmed. I tryed to upload documents but it declined every time with no reason (ID is not valid. Reason : ) So i disabled account petitebiscuit because thought its bug. Next time i get 3 more accounts (pixie2deep, d33phtroat pixielovedeep), and all of them get banned instantly, i didnt knew whats happened, i had panic. Probably the reason is i used VPN when registation, i dunno. I writing to CB Support about 3 mounths but never get concrete answer (always they say like "You break rules so you get banned"). 2 weeks ago I get international passport specially for working on CB, I created new account (account name deepdatura) and uploaded my new documents. My new documents get accepted but after we upload my bf's documents account was banned. What i need to do? We just want to work on CB, we never broke rules. Please help me, i dont know what to do, im so tired, im writing to Support every day, but only 1 time Shirley answer me i can work but account was already banned. Please answer me, hope you can help. I can provide any proofs you will needed

@punker barbie Thanks for answer. What means invalid ID? Its my real national passport. "other people on cam that also did not provide verifiable ID" -as i said i thought ID was verifed(on petitebiscuit) and started broadcast and get warning. I stopped broadcast and tryed to upload ID's again but get banned (for what? Much people didnt upload ID's and broadcasting as "exhibitionist") . i don't understanding the reason why i get banned. I worked 1.5 years on evaguenter and had like 20000 followers, i just wanted to get new nickname on CB but i cant work now. Please tell me exactly what I did wrong

After situation with petitebiscuit i tryed to contact Shirley, she answered me 9th October on my email evaguenter(screenshot) I didn't try to start broadcast after that message Whats happened? I get ban because of wrong registration? Or for why? No one tells me whitch the rule i broke. The Support says "you banned because you banned". I never got tokens from carding, i'm older than 18, never got banns, never got money with cheating with CB. I really clean, never broke rules.
Account petitebiscuit was verifed. There was inscription like "your account verifed, if u want to broadcast with any people you need to upload their ID" . We thought both us ID was verifed and started broadcasting for 3 mins. After that i get warning, stopped broadcasting, uploaded IDs again and getting banned. For why?
Please consider my situation, i really dont understand what did i wrong

As I said in the DM, the ban will remain due to what the legal team has decided concerning your account. I'm sorry, however there is nothing I can do to change that decision. Thank you.
