I didn’t get my payment since my crypto wallet change my new adress so my payment was sent to the old wallet adress

Hello hope someone help me for this issue I just contact the stripchat support about the issue that I didn’t get my payment because my crypto wallet adress update and give me the new wallet adress while I have pending payment on my stripchat account so my payment was send in my old waller adress I reach the support of stripchat but I didn’t get any respond I only need the transaction hash of the payment so they can check it and give back my payment in my new wallet adress but they didn’t not respond here’s the photo of our conversation
