I cant login to my account - It doesn't exist

Three days ago I asked support to change the name of my account. I sent them the new name that I wanted and the required photo. The next day my account kind of disappeard. The site doesnt recognize my old account's name nor the new account's name and I can't log in to any of them. In both cases it says:

Please correct the errors below.

• Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive.
