I can stream but I can't receive tokens

my username on CB is Albertor1987. I have been streaming with no problems since 02/22/2024 after having passed the age verification.
Suddenly 10 days ago I was asked for another age verification (You must submit age verification to enable the ability to receive tokens while broadcasting). and since that moment I have been able streaming but not receiving tokens by my viewers. I succesfully uploaded my passport 2 times and I wrote 4 times to the support service but I had no answers and the problem is still not solved. Can you help me please?

sorry if I bother you but now they also was banned my account without any explanation. I've been camming on CB for 1 year and I really don't know why they suddenly banned me telling me that "We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service"
