I can’t start show on Stripchat please help

Hello I’m a model from Stripchat
Two days ago I was broadcasting and the system cut me off. I tried to reconnect but I can't broadcast anymore but still can access my profile. I emailed support and they said they fixed the system but I still can't broadcast. While I see other models broadcasting normally. Is anyone else having the same problem? It takes forever to wait for a response from Stripchat support. Please help

Try to clear your browser history/cache. That usually clears up any errors that remain after a fix has been implemented.
