I am permanently banned from CB

Hello,
I need help, I was permanently banned from CB and I want to ask for help regarding my uploaded ID. I want cb to remove my ID from the system.

You can request ID verification to be removed from a particular account (though that seems kind of pointless in a perm ban situation) but as far as I know they can't remove your ID from the system completely because they need to comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257

That's not possible. By the laws there in USA, they are required to keep your identification on file indefinitely. You also agreed to allowing this during your initial registration.

Data is stored for 7 years. From the moment of the last login. Or blocking I guess. But you can also request to delete your account so that you never log in again. Your name will cease to exist
