Hello, I have been a Chatur customer for a long time and have tokens in my possession. Suddenly, when I went to log in one day, without any explanation, I found the message "Account Banned." I don't understand why. I don't think I have violated any rules. Can someone explain to me why this happens and, above all, how to resolve it?
