How to not get banned on Chaturbate?

I've spent the last few days carefully reviewing CB's TOS and here's my conclusion so far:

DON'T
--- talk about / pretend to be underage
--- fall asleep / pretend to sleep on cam
--- engage in incest related conversations with viewers
--- simulate violent/rape related scenarios
--- use objects that aren't specifically meant to be used as toys (question: does this include using a banana to simulate a blojob?)
--- advertise streaming / payment on other sites (that are competition for CB)
--- have unverified persons in view
--- try to scam viewers. Give them what you promised you would

Here it gets a little tricky for me. You know how some spiteful viewers deliberately tip to give you a bad review? Well I was wondering if any would flag/report out of spite? Does this lead to a ban?

If anyone has anything else to add to this list then please do!

The buttons, links and information that surrounds the streaming window and the chat etc. You can, if you go overboard with the bio design, make all kinds of stuff appear around the user's screen. I've been in some confusing rooms where this was almost the case.

I've heard about the no race play as well but I don't fully understand this. Asian viewers keep asking me "r u Indian bb?" Which I find annoying so I ban them straightaway. Is this race play?

"No race play" confuses me too, but someone asking if you're Indian isn't race play in my opinion (however dumb that question is). Maybe they're into Indian women, trying to get a conversation going or are of the awkward person persuasion. I don't know. I'm into mestizas and east asians, but it would be a pretty dumb move by CB if they had to refuse me since I'm neither of those.

My guess (!) is that "race play" means "don't act or dress like a racial stereotype on cam".

No, imo, it's only ethnic curiosity for the wide majority but today it's a delicate question.
ie Chinese people don't see many foreigners inside their borders. When I lived in china as a westerner, I attracted often little crowds of people in little towns and villages just by walking in a market or so. It was really opened curiosity, nothing mean.
The most common questions, when you meet smb while travelling or on the net being 'where are you from', 'what your occupation', 'how old are you', this making a start for further conversations. 'where are you from' can be a private information (country and town) and I prefer answering on my origins (iberia, germania, north africa, Italia and few other mixing ^^) to open the dialog and you see quickly if it's a kind of fixation or only informative : )

No problem to ban if you find it annoying, it's your room, but race play imo is more explicit, like the "black dick need white slut" , they really center all their sexual fantasy on the race. I banned one who repeated constantly things like 'so good to be between whites'

Like has already been said. Racial curiosity existed because it's actually MORE common globally for someone NOT to have opportunity to interact with people outside of their race or even experience people outside their communities. This in itself isn't bad but is an sexually explicit chatroom the place for it is up for the discretion of the model. That said considering it something malicious by default would be a stretch for me but I'm not a model.

Race play is where roles and situations being used follow racial stereotypes or historical racial situations. Raceplay covered both positive and negative stereotypes, like black men having large cocks and black men taking advantage of white women are BOTH forms of raceplay, even though one might be considered flattering and the other is prejudicial. If the situation the member is describing has some requirement you or the member need to be identified racially it's raceplay. This said enforcement of raceplay varies incredibly across sites. Some only count pure derogatory play and some enforce most everything with the exception of discussing basic sexual preference.

hmmmm i really don't understand chaturbate sometimes. with rule breaking thing saw people break rules and they do nothing or maybe they do and they change there IP? there was this one person who kept asking for the model's address and was annoying the whole room. however this happened a few times maybe a few months ago maybe he banned now?

They could also be interpreting your username in that way also. You could read it as 'hot in diana' or 'hot indiana' or 'hot india a25'. Maybe just changing your account name would reduce some of the ethnic questioning. It would be like if someone names themself 'superblackgod' it would be assumed that person felt black was important to their character.

You have no clue the social skills of a member and the internet removes the normal barriers that would prevent a social inept person from normally interacting with people. I'm just saying ban if you're uncomfortable but at the same time people aren't typing things for NO reason at all.

I had a question as well, if it's ok.

If a guest says something "off" in a model's chat, will the model get banned?

In this case, I mean, if the model doesn't respond to it/blocks,
and the model personally follows the rules at all times.
Or if the model says no, I don't do that.

I follow the rules at all times.
Sadly, I still worry a lot about getting banned.

I worry because I love the site I am on and don't want to lose my account.
And I value the rules.
Camming is the best thing to happen to me in a long time and I want to do it long-term.

I have a little social media button creator at https://www.cbhours.com/buttoncreator.php . It will generate the code to put the buttons on the side, if you don't like the images you can replace them with your own by uploading them some where then changing the img src address to the new image address.
