How do I teach a model how to turn on her exclusives?

I run into this all time. Model wants to turn on her exclusives, but she has no idea how. AFAIK, it's done through the Streamate Dashboard...but is there an official website that explains how to do this?

Don't teach them stuff like that, refer them to the discord. Their peers, and staff, can assist them, and support them with any problems they may be experiencing.

There are always other models on there, and answers to questions are next to immediate, even faster than here.

select "Manage Static Rates" on the dashboard in the per minute rates section.

their exclusive dropdown probably has disabled selected. if they want to raise their rates than the base level available, they have send a request to support.

streamatehelp.com is sm's official help site for their models. that site is easily accessible from our dashboard. what is your type? models who don't read. :F
