How are models able to view member cams without member knowing?

If it's Chaturbate. Mods can't view member's cams. Again if it's chaturbate, Mods get a message in the public chat when anyone above grey status enters or leaves the room but it doesn't work in guest mode. Although I suspect you might be abbreviating "Model" to "Mod" which further confuses matters. Anyway, tinfoil hat time incoming I think.

I doubt models or mods can, on any site. If you are worried about it, regardless, put a piece of black electrical tape over your camera lens, or if it's a webcam simply don't plug it in (?). Then you can be free to stress on something else instead.
Depends on the site you are using and if it has any kind of special tools for mods. Check the platform's terms and conditions & privacy policy, they might mention something about that.
not sure if you meant this, but on Bonga there's a cool feature that allows members to enable their cameras too. yeah there is mostly nothing pleasant to look at, but some regulars pay decently for me to check their cameras and attend it with comments. have chatted with a bunch of dudes in privates with this feature too, happens really rarely tho. they are just lonely i guess xd
its any of the cam sites, MFC, Chat...
example, on CB you can lock down your room with a password, however models still can see and hear my stream as i asked one of the models can u still see and hear me, they said yes but they never reveal how.
on CB you can lock your room with pw, however mods still access my cam without evening coming into my room and see my cam without me knowing who is viewing.
I asked one of the models are u still able to see me, they said yes but never say how although i have asked.
any of the cam sites if the models know how to, but MFC, camsoda and CB are able to.
its to do with soon as u allow sound to hear there room, it opens away for them to "hack" into your own mic
mods and models are different things, you're confusing
I like having my cam on with the model im in the room with, its the unknown viewers who are watching and hearing me is my concern.
I know on MFC, although MFC support say no one can view members cam unless they are on ur friends list, BUT thats not true bc i have had plenty viewing my cam and are not on my list.
They also can see any message i have with models i interact with, how much tkns ive spent with whom etc, As one models got angry with me for spending on another model.

If you are in Cam to Cam with a model, then I very much doubt that password protecting your room will change anything. Cam to Cam with a model and you actually broadcasting are two different things. Is this where the confusion lies?
Or is this actually as tin foil hat as I initially thought it was and I'm giving OP too much benefit of the doubt?
mods means moderators, so stop using it that way
You need to adjust your settings when you broadcast your camera, if you have it set to friends only, or manually add people to your allowed viewers list, no one else is able to watch your cam. If they can, that means you did not adjust your settings properly.
They would only be able to see your messages if you're typing in that model's public or group chat. No one else can read your PMs. If a model was angry with you for spending tokens on another model, it's because she saw your token amount change without spending tokens on HER. You can also adjust settings to hide your token amounts, then no one can see that either. By default, models CAN see this.

The way it was all worded was very confusing. I thought the same thing. It took a while to figure out what he was actually asking. I think Amber likely nailed it. He probably isn't clear on the settings for putting his cam on on MFC.
I don't know MFC that well. But the times I've cammed there and viewed a members cam in the public chat, no one else can see it. I never put the volume of them on in the public chat. And you can only open one at a time if I remember correctly. Pretty sure I thought it would be funny to open a bunch one night, and make a dick pendulum collage on my screen, but it wouldn't let me

Back in the day…I’m pretty sure Webcams dot com was the site where a model could click on multiple dudes’ cams while she’s live in free chat…and could watch multiple dudes sitting there beating their dicks like it stole something (But they were all small thumbnails at the bottom of the screen)…..
Ive done all that, locked down my settings, contacted support who said the same thing, BUT trust me, Models (most - as in experienced ones) somehow view my cam and listen if i have my Mic on.
its a security flaw on webrtc where java scripting allows this to happen - long as you know how to do it.
IF i block java, nothing will load as its needed to enter the website.
No what I mean is on CB, if u have a room where u can broadcast and also lockdown ur room with a pw, in theory only the ones with the pw can enter the room and view cam... BUT models who know how to "hack" into your broadcast can view you without you knowing.
Why are you so sure this is happening? Is it just a hunch, or has a model actually provided you proof that they can see/hear your stream without knowing your password?

I don't know if the stream URL changes when you put in a password so I guess maybe it you start the broadcast without a password and put a password maybe it's possible to still be connected to the stream but I doubt it as more people would complain about password shows being recorded.
I don't think what ur claiming is possible. As far as experienced models go i think this is the most experienced group of models that can be found on a public site.

If you can't come up with a satisfactory answer to that, then it probably isn't happening. And that's before you even begin to consider whether it's even remotely possible technically.
Yeah models aren't typically interested in looking at anyone's cam unless we're being paid to open it. Blackmailing anyone gets a permaban...there's literally no reason to do this.
If you have a password on your room models/users will have to be logged in to access your room, and you will be able to see who is watching in the userlist.
Any user that is not logged in to CB will get this:

I am curious and confused as to why you think they are "hacking" anything to see your camera.
You give them access to your room with the password.
They enter your room. Do you see them on the list of users in your room?
When you ask them if they can still see and hear you, how are you asking them this? Are you verbally asking it on your mic, or are you typing to them in THEIR room? if it's the latter and they say they still see and hear you, they are just lying, or that's my guess.
