Hi everyone, I need some insights on how SC face recognition works. My account was recently suspended because their face recognition system flagged my face as not being me. I did the selfie as instructed but still it wasn't satisfactory. I'm really confused and frustrated about this. Does anyone know if these systems are purely computer-based (including appeals), or (for appeals) someone actually review some images manually? How often is this error on SC, and is there any way to prevent it from happening again? I'm curious if anyone else has experienced something similar. And am not asking those who had other persons and hoped the site would not flag them. Thanks in advance!
