Hi I'm Nikki Styx. I apparently have a toxic boyfriend who stays friends with a girl who constantly harasses me. Well, the other night she threatened to share my nudes, and has actual photos of me on chaturbate and is passing them around and sharing them. She lives in another country but I want to know how to go about this legally. She is Canadian and I am American. I have screenshots of her and another guy sharing and posting them on facebook, asking for them, and saying hateful things about me. Naming my parents, etc. I have had to pause my stream because of it and lost money. I really need help! Please help me!

I'm sorry to hear that, but I think that from the legal point nothing could be done. It would be really hard to impose this type of crime for someone in another country, and definately wouldn't be worth time and nerves. Also, to be a legal crime, Canadian law require "circumstances that are giving reasonable expectation of privacy"(162.1.2.b), and most likely they won't count streaming as ones, and be biased towards their resident...

Also, if your "toxic boyfriend" stayed in friendship with that girl, not doing anything(...or even encouraging harassment), to the point of this situation, it may indicate that you are in abusive relationship. I suggest to google information that would help you understand if this is true, and how to deal with different kinds of abusive behaviours... Here is a good youtube channel on a topic:


... in the worst case, if you'll have nothing to lose, you can disclose offenders too and accuse in their harassment and abuse. Many abusers can make their victims believe as if disclosed, abusers won't get anything, victims wouldn't recieve any support and everyone will join to judge and blame... but that is not true. If this sounds familiar, you should definately read on a topic...

Depends on your state. You can press charges if your state has the 'revenge porn' law in place. If convicted she might not have to ever be fined but the conviction would permanently block her entry to the US. Depending on her career that can be more punishing.

Dump the boyfriend and Facebook. Dump the boyfriend because he isn't doing shit trying to protect you from his friend's harassment. Dump facebook because it's the devil.

Ignore them and live your best life without paying attention to their toxicity.

Wow... Sounds like a horror story. Us passing judgement on your bf doesn't help you much. You know your relationship better than anybody. If the girl in question has something against you, there are many ways you can consider stopping her.

2. enlist your bf in getting as much info on her, and say to her you will release stuff about her. " Quid pro quo "
3. If she releases, it doesn't help you too much if she gets convicted of anything. The damage is still done. Figure out what she wants, and try to reason on that point.
4. Hire a private investigator and figure out as much info on her as you can before you confront her.
5. The name of the game is intel, get as much as you can on her before you act in any direction.

Oh for fuck's sake this is horrible advice. Dump the asshole boyfriend and shoot her a warning about doxxing and implications it has on any type of US Visa then block her. Best revenge is success. Shitty thing about camming is the possibility of doxxing. Sucks but it happens way more than it should. Dumbest thing you can do is sink to her level and lose any type of legal leverage you could have if you also threaten to blackmail her back.

You can't reason with an irrational asshole. Bitch needs banning and bf needs dumped. Know your worth. You get the love you expect you deserve and you deserve more than this.
