Thanks . Problems is my. Kid. Was sow there in room for a. Scond... accidentaly. I never show them there or something like that ... never never .... i worked hoe much time. They sleeped and when wike up him come directly. On me, and then i closed.... but his face was. There. For. Lesssssss then a. Second. I dont. Know... not was with intention and. Never talked therr about kids and other. . I have. Any chance to eork agaon?

Today i banned one of my best regulars because he sent me o n PM kids pics. probably he didnt know that is not allowed ,but i needed ban him. For minors is zero tolerance on chaturbate and other pages

Yep, failing to know the rules does not excuse a person when they break them. And this is a really major one not to be taken lightly.
I really do hate how lightly people jump into this line of work without understanding these sort of things.

Im actually very active with some moves against people who trying breaking this rule i mean i talk about customers. I had some creeps who were saying something not proper and instatly was not only ban but also i mailed to support and i must say 1 thing: normally i wait 2-3 days for their response,but when my topic was saying which prblem i have about prohibited roleplay, their response time was 20 mins. RESPECT FOR THIS
*EDIT: response and reaction, because mentioned accounts were banned when somebody was doing this prohibited roleplay. I dont wanna even call this by name because its make me feel not good even thinking about it

@AmberCutie I m sorry , not was With intention , or to talk about kids , never.... i know this rule and i love my kids , them are. My Treasure. For them i work in this site to sale me for few token . One Responsable mom make a lot of things only to be good kids...... was accidentaly his face there for lesssssss then second ...... i closed Directly ........ member with who i was say to me him not see ittttt...... i can send my. Conversate With him . I asked .... fuck. Kids was there ? No... i dont see it .... and after i was Bloked.... lessss then a. Second.... please. , girl , understand me ..... no intention ..... accidentaly ... all people wrong.... i deserve one Chance.... i never Haved Problems in 2 Years work ... i m disperated. ... for sure never will hapend this if i will can work again .... thanks

You are out of luck. As AmberCutie writes. If a child appears on the camera, you are out of luck and you have to look for another site. The site will never allow you access to work again. I hope this was a lesson for you. All sites are strictly against this worst rule. And if you have children at home, it is better not to use the sound either.

They are crazy fast about underage stuff, it is nice to see. I reported a model for telling people she had been camming since she was 17 and on clip sites at that age. About 15 minutes later she was banned.

You should NEVER be camming in a way where your child can walk in.
Doesn’t matter if your child was only shown for a second. You had your underage child on a sex site. You were irresponsible enough to allow your child to walk in while you were working on a pornographic site. What if you had been in the middle of an explicit show?
It doesn’t matter if it was a mistake. In fact, if you were irresponsible enough to allow it to happen once, who’s to say you wouldn’t make that mistake again? Chaturbate is in the right to ban you. Doesn’t matter if you’re sick or if this is your only source of income, you were irresponsible and could have potentially put your child or thousands of model’s jobs at risk. You deserve the ban.

get a freaking lock for your camspace. it's absolute negligence not to have one with kids in your home. hell, if you don't have a door for your space, create one with plywood that can be locked shut while streaming.

You even have videos for sale on CB... smoking while pregnant?!?! So child endangerment videos is okay, showing your child on cam "only for a second" is okay? I don't understand CB at all.

I am utterly shocked/disgusted they unbanned your account.
Can't say I'm too shocked. This isn't the first time someone has come here begging for their account to be reinstated after being banned for having their child shown on stream and then getting the ban lifted. But, I'm certainly disgusted.
