I tried to login on mfc (model account) and after i typed my id and password this is what I get :
An error has occurred!
We were unable to authenticate your account. Contact us for assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have send multiple mesages to mfc but no one is answering , I had money on my account and my question is .. is there any posibility for me to receive the money i have ?! Pls HELP!

Are you using a VPN? if yes, turn it off and try again.

and have you tried it from different browsers? it could be a technical thing.
