Help with ban

Hi Everyone,

I like to share "nice" photos that I take on my phone and share them with models. They are typically of scenes found in the UK - for many models, particularly those in places like Russia, it provides them with sights that are not only beautiful, but also they are unlikely for the foreseeable to be able to visit. They are all very grateful for them.
However, for reasons I don't really understand, the CB photo checker does not like them... suggests they've got minors in them, when, to a normal human, at best it's hard to say, but even if they do there is nothing remotely sexual in their nature. The impression I get is that anything that has people in it is a no go zone... and yet if I send a naked photo of myself I'd hope that was ok.
Below is an example.
I was banned in December... have emailed support several times, but there is no response.
@punker barbie can you assist? I'd like something that explicitly says which photos were not liked - I'm happy to conform if I get specific examples rather than vageries.

You've shared pictures of the general public on Chaturbate. Cam Sites need to make sure all persons are ID verified before they are displayed on the site regardless of format. Photo, Video, Livestream etc... The chance a minor is present in the image somewhere is extremely high due to the amount of people in the image. Even on the offchance a minor wasn't present you can't share pictures of the general public on a Cam Site or any NSFW site for the obvious reasons i've just described.

Chaturbate is just doing what is required of them by most international governments including the UK.

I noticed that too. Considered removing the post due to that, however, this is a very good reminder/example to the more casual cam site users that don't quite grasp the fact that images like this cannot be frivolously shared on porn sites.

I'm honestly at the point where if someone sends me a picture, any picture, I immediately ban them. I don't want that kind of relationship and I don't want the ban.

Thank you soooooooo much people - this makes so much more sense... and yet if cb had just told me "you can't share photos that have general groups of people in it" I would have understood immediately - the popup message about minors never made sense... but your comments do. @punker barbie can this be fixed on the cb site?

You're being flagged by AI software looking for specific things that just so happen to be not very specific at all. The message will remain as is and it wasn't wrong. I can count several people not of age in this photo and I didn't even look very hard.

OMG, sexual or not… it doesn’t fucking matter! No minors in any which way, shape, or form are allowed on adult platforms… PERIOD!!! Don’t talk about minors, don’t think about minors, don’t suggest about minors, don’t hint about minors, don’t role-play about minors, don’t ANYTHING about minors!

It’s a beautiful nightlife photo…I’ll give you that. But the people in the photo did not consent to being shown on a porn site. And if any of them happen to be children…that just makes it even more wrong. Really didn’t need to see a person’s car license plate number either.


If you wanted to show beautiful scenery, show pictures of trees, mountains, skyscrapers.

True but Chaturbate is also right about Minors appearing in shot it seems as well. I doubt you will be unbanned on Chaturbate. This shows a deep miss-understanding of the rules of the site and likely by extension other Cam Sites.

The issue isn't necessarily that you where "using photos with general groups of people in them" as well. The issue is none of those people are ID verified. You can share pictures of yourself obviously or anyone else who is ID verified and linked to your Camming account.

You can look for Cam work on other platforms if you need 2. I'd recommend thoroughly looking at the rules for Models on any new Camsite u may choose to join though.
