Help other models get to the studio

Hello. I am a studio. Username group_show-1313. There are some models in another studio who are blocked. And want to transfer to my Studio. But I was told that I need a transfer order from that studio. I contacted the studio and they said that. They sent the mail but the support did not resolve it and did not let them continue talking

Please understand that our Support team cannot determine the origin of your documents until an attempt is made to upload them. Therefore, you would have been prompted to upload your documents, and at which point you would have been informed that we do not accept documents from that country.

Rest assured, our messages are not deleted. They are securely stored in our ticketing system, allowing us to review past conversations as needed.

The support chat group reload and approve is no longer available. Support can of course do that. Because my template was supported like that once. She said she also asked again very carefully that her area was blocked. There was no problem and she uploaded the document smoothly. But she did not write down the date. It's weird that support said I can't reload the document.. I would disagree on this. My model doesn't have much. I need to get the document back from support. I will post pictures that you may say support can't do. Or they themselves admit they can't do it.

If a model made a mistake in uploading something, then yes she will need to try uploading again.
