We are indian broadcasters. I and my partner have completed the performer agreements and also submitted the passport proofs as required. Still the support guys keep on rejecting our request. Is it due to that we are Indians???

It is not because of your country, it is because you broke rules. Thank you for your patience, however you are banned permanently and as Roydz said, listing offline payments for private shows didn’t help your credibility along with issues concerning the ID submitted.
