im the owner of martin_jacobbs account in Chaturbate under the email MARTIN_JACOBS@boostholding.com. I created another email and sent this exaclty email because I tried using the other one but nobody answer me or help me and I am becoming desperate .
Days ago I was trying to become a Supporter Member and i was trying to pay the suscription using my Debit Card and always got decline , i called my bank (Bancolombia) to ask what i got decline and they told me the card was never used and i Tried like 4 times, then I asked my cousin if he can let me his card so i can buy the subscription i used 4 different card and got the same result Decline.
For me this was not normal , so I wrote Support asking if they can check what was happening with my account that every time I tried to do the purchase got the same message .
Three days later i got Banned without any answer or warning
I have always been a good model and have followed the Chaturbate rules. In case I was wrong, I apologize, but I am very distressed because Chaturbate is my source of income. Please forgive me if I did something wrong and give me back my account so I can work again.
I think if I did something wrong, it was because I was ignorant. Please help me.
