HD Webcam with telecommand ?

I look for an advice about HD Webcam with telecommand.

I saw this one : http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0080IA1J4/ref=wl_it_dp_v_S_ttl but it can't be send to Romania..

So, do you know/use other HD webcam (same price 260€ or less) with telecommand ?
