Having issues :(

Hi everyone! :hello2:

I am an MFC model and I am new here. I know that this may be in the wrong section and let me first start off by saying that I am sorry. I tried to register in the models only section but I do not know how to send MFC mail to models on myfreecams without being in their chat room. When I try to log in as a model and then access another model's chat room to send myfreecams mail, it won't let me access the chatroom :dontknow: So yeah, I figure I will just post this question in here because I really need help.

So the problem is when I log into myfreecams model software and open up my chat room, the "sound" is not detected. You know where it has that list under the cam that detects sound, bandwidth, etc? Yeah, my video turns on and works fine when I allow access to my cam, but the sound still says "sound:detecting" like the entire time. THIS is the stupid part: my microphone works on my computer EVERYWHERE else! It works on skype, it works on my cam software. But for some reason it won't work on myfreecams.

Any help is greatly appreciated guys. Thanks!

I'm not sure how to help with your microphone situation, but I feel pretty sure that you can send mfc mail from a model's profile, not just her chatroom.

To MFC mail AmberCutie, go to your MFC model admin (your homepage when you open profiles.myfreecams.com) then open a mail and manually type in AmberCutie then type the message you want to send her. Easy peasy.

You're using the model software? Try using the MFC model web broadcaster (that's sooo much better than the software) to see if that fixes your audio issue. Otherwise check your settings on your cam to make sure that you don't have audio muted or turned down really low.
