probably got phished. obviously they need to contact chat support asap if they haven't already.
general internet safety:
-never click on any links anyone sends you (even if you know them)
-use an email that isn't similar to your camname
-use an original difficult password.
-never save your username/password to your browser or password cloud.
-never repeat email/password combo anywhere else.
-change passwords every three months

Remember that CB sends an email for logins from new devices, in that email there is an orange button that says "This was not me" you click that button and it will lock the account and require her to do verification steps to unlock it.
