Great Boob Jobs

Personally, methinks natural boobies are almost always way more attractive regardless of size, shape... yet understand the many reasons women choose to enhance their breasts...

Please try to keep in mind personal preferences vary widely on the subject and this thread is intended to be a positive one where people can discuss some of the pros or cons without derogatory insults.

That said, implants rarely fool me but this babe's totally did until I saw her in the "doggie style" position.

Well there are now new types of boob jobs.

Fat transfer as breast enhancement. They take fat from tummy , add stem cells, and inject them into the breasts.

Restylane is now being used as a breast size inhancer (a common plastic surgeon lip enhancer)

For more traditional breast implants, They now have a method dubbed the pastry boob job. They insert the implant and then inflate it. (posed to the old method of just trying to shove it in) They now also use botox to reduce the muscle spasms post boob job.
