got mysteriously banned from CB

Hello everyone. I subscribed today 1rst november to CB. Never subscribed to CB before, and my account name is same as here on ACF : Gabwill. but my account got banned around two hours later for whatever reasons I cannot comprehend : I'm not underaged and I haven't broken any of the rules (no alcohol, no inappropriate behavior...).

Can anyone help telling me what's happening here ?

I'll be truly grateful for an answer, because this startles me a bit... Never happened before on any other website.

You were performing on CB before you completed your age verification process. Your account is open as of now, however you may be flagged again until you provide full age verification to prove you are over 18 years old. Please do not try to appear on cam again before you have uploaded the ID and been approved, which can take up to an hour or a little more.

Why doesn't cb just disable the broadcast button before age is verified?

I have no horse in this race, im not a cb model, but i see so much feedback from ppl "banned" when you guys are just basically limiting their acct till u can verify stuff. When i signed up on mfc nearly a decade ago i remember the broadcast button was disabled until all my documents had been approved. The word banned causes you guys so much extra work, why not "limited"

they just generating themselves so much Service Desk support calls and man power needed to provide such support.
I agree with you, I noticed see CB is always one step behind technology and efficiency than other Cam sites.
i guess they got very fat OPEX budget

So basically people CAN broadcast unverified in the exhibitionist section BUT when they submit age verification while doing that, they get banned? Aspiring broadcasters also seem to get banned when there are questions concerning the id (blurry picture etc.).

Where is the logic here? This causes so much extra work on your support site (and here). A ban is such a harsh "welcome" for new broadcasters. Why not just leave the status unverified until verification is done? I've said this so often, I still just don't see the logic behind this process or i'm missing something.
