Hello,im not actualy sure is this right place to ask and get such an answeer,but i will try.
i lost my card and while waiting for replacement in post i transfered moneys to my sisters account and used hers card,also i needed some tokens and bought them,card was charged but tokens did not appear,in a wee while i was unable to log in and got email that my account has been frozen and asked me to confirm my name,adress etc explain..
so i did,replied to email and explained that.
then i googled about this and found that there is many complaints that account have been frozen and there was no further response from customer support even if you are platinum member (which i am)
i was just wondering if someone could calm me down and say that i will get my account back ?
and how long will it take to someone to review this?
i had no idea its not good idea to use card which isnt mine.. i paid phone bill with it some time and it was ok.
