Hello!

First of all, I'd like to say I've been lurking here for a while... Ahem, doing research ;) and I love this forum! You guys seem to really have an awesome community here =]

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips/ideas for my first shows on MFC. Actually, it will be my first show ever, so any advice would be great! I just bought a cam today and am only waiting on document verification so I should be ready to go quite soon.

I thought about doing truth or flash, because I figure there will be a lot of questions for me that will be much fun to answer, but I've read a few posts by people who haven't had much luck with that one. Also, what should a new model charge? The going rate seems to be 40tks a flash... Should I be less expensive than other models because I'm new? What is a realistic token goal for a new model? Should I have any supplies ready to go? I am a toy virgin, so I'd like to wait on that, but I've read about marker shows and whip cream things and so on.

Thank you! :-D

My advice to you is be yourself and do what makes you comfortable. Toys are not necessary on mfc. If you feel that you might enjoy using toys on cam go for it, if you don't like the idea don't do it for other people.
The most important thing in camming is the interaction you have with your members. Also you have to know that despite the fact that new models have no followers (they have to work on getting them), they still get good traffic with their new model tag that lasts 10h.
If I were you I would aim high. Perception of value is a great phenomenon.

i saw a new model that looked very unhappy and when she PM'ed me i asked what was wrong and said if she doesn't want to do something just tell them.

she changed her topic to "pussy injured. anal only" and then she went to a third group show. (she said the first 2 group shows were an hour long each)

I hope you're still looking for advice.

Beyond that 10 hours of new model tag, you have some shiny newness as people who haven't seen you before realize you exist as well.

My advice is do something that interests you. If you like doing bootie wiggles, charge for bootie wiggles and wiggle the fuck out of your bodacious booty. If waiting around for people to be interested in you flashing your stuff doesn't seem interesting to you, it will show.

Charging is entirely up to you subject to your whim. Charge whatever you feel like and stick to it or change it as you please. What I've been learning more than anything is that it's our show and our deal. What we want to do is what people will want to see. I've usually charged 25 tkns for a flash of titties and slightly more for ass and pussy. I like the idea of a flat fee with choice though so I might move to that, seems easier.

I don't really have too much advice for successful camming. ._. Creative ideas seem to work better when you have a following, as I think I've had some wildly creative ideas that have totally flopped.

I have had a lot of success with strip hangman, where people have to tip to guess letters, and if they win the game you remove an item of clothing

For your first couple of shows, I'd recommend avoiding any actual games and just keeping it simple. Be ready to answer questions about yourself, your body, your sexual preferences, etc. Be as friendly as possible with people without stepping outside of your comfort zone (find a nice way to tell someone you don't want to answer their question if it's too nosy for your liking) and just go with the flow.

Don't get too caught up in PMs from members. I'd recommend leaving them open for a few weeks (for people who may want to go private) while you get comfortable with MFC, then turn them to friends only once you've figured out how to keep the chat rolling in public chat. Make sure people asking for private know you're not going to use toys, explain very vaguely what you WILL do.

Offering flashes or a very small countdown for topless/naked is a good idea. When I first started, I think I did like 400 tokens for naked and worked my way up to higher amounts over the first year.
