Yes yes yes!!
One of my favorite bands ever. I have, sadly, never seen them. Their most recent tours have been so expensive. In the meantime, I've been sating myself with videos of their performances from 1982 and earlier. Robert Smith was such a babe. Dear lord.

Mixed Up is still my favorite Cure album.

My goth phase passed fairly quickly as New Wave and dream pop and a lot of electronica caught my attention more firmly (I guess that explains why a remix album would be my favorite Cure entry) but there are definitely those artists out there that stuck with me. As such, I have a hard time keeping all these little genres separated into their neat little boxes. To me, it all sounds like it goes together. So, here are a few entries from my black-wearing past -- I hope it's all goth enough:
