Hello, we’ve had issues renewing an expired ID and support just Keeps saying it’s rejected because it’s already on file. I’ve even explained in detail to support and it’s just going over their head. Support has confirmed that both performers on the account in question are age verified and able to earn tokens through broadcasting.
