Expiration of ID Card and Chaturbate

Good Morning everybody.
I'm here because I've a problem with my Chaturbate account. I have send my ID card and the photos with me holding my card etc.
Everything was OK, and a few months ago, my ID card expired... So Chaturbate ask me to send them the new ID card....
But french government has extended the validity period of all ID card for five years, so in France my card is still available (every administration in France are Ok with that) (Link of the official links of the french consulat: http://www.consulfrance-newyork.org/French-National-ID-card#2). And the government refuses to make new ID Card until five years (except if I made a false declaration of loss, witch is absolutly not legal).
However I've send this link to chaturbate and explain them that I CAN'T have a new ID card, and that in France this ID card is Available but they seems to not understand.
Plus in France the Car Driver Licence doesnt show expiration date so this card cant be used for approval.
So, what can I do? Ive got a chaturbate account that is blocked with more than 500 Token, ive a premium account for which they continue to bill me every month and I CANT acces at my account, because everytime I log in chaturbate I'm block at screen asking me to send new ID; I cant watch show, I cant tip, I cant get my TK, I can't do ANYTHING.

Oh dear, what a mess. And it's so strange, because after my ID expired on CB, I can still use my account as a normal account, I just can't receive tokens anymore.

Regarding the French ID extension period, it is like you're trying to explain high intellectual concept to CB support who have the attention span of primary school kids. I think you have very little hope getting your point across to them. Do you have a passport or about to get one? You can use that as identification as well and it might be your best bet right now.

Just when you'd think Chaturbate can't surprise you with any more f***ed up red tape, somehow they still manage to outdo themselves once again.

Thank you for your answer... I dont have passport... I'm gonna subscribe to get one, but the procedure is really long and 90€!! However I'm agree with you, its probably the only way to recover acces to my account.

Apparently after your ID expires you revert to being a teenager under the age of 17
you get to relive becoming an adult all over again

Hello there... Sorry for bumping this thread... But it makes several months now, and of course I still cant acces my account, I have that stupid message:
