Exclusive chat rules?

I don't want to get to get banned so some questions...

Do the same ban rules apply in exclusive chat as to what is allowed, or is it just between the model and the viewer? I've seen some models that imply their exclusive chat has no limits or implying some things that are not allowed in public chat.

Perhaps they are just meaning they're good to do sex talk, role play etc (content within the site rules) in private, but won't engage in that during the public show?
As @Rytar said, TOS applies to every situation and at all times on a site.

It's common for models to limit what can be said in public chat, like dirty talk for example which gets super annoying and is detrimental for chat. Often models will allow it in tip notes or when users tip for PM.

Im relaxed its just that SC is known for being a scammers paradise for models and CB definitely is not. SC has no real customer support or tech support. It takes days for SC staff to even reply. I have had video evidence of models clearly violating their TOS and sc staff wont even look at it. Its like this if your a model TOS dont apply to you as sc staff will never enforce it against you. If your a customer TOS only apply against YOU and the models never have to follow it. Even if a model breaks the TOS sc staff will never do anything about it. SC is cleary ran by criminals, scammers so thats the type of models they appeal to. SC has no real business model. Using sc is like buying illegal drugs , if you get robbed there's nothing you can do. If you're a model I suggest using sc as its impossible to get banned. If you a customer NEVER use sc as its just a matter of time before you are scammed . Not to mention SC has some real security issues as all their customer information is constantly being breached (google it)

Thanks everyone. My customer support with SC has been so much better than CB. They are always prompt in responding, polite and REAL people respond, not a canned response bot. I'll never go back to CB.

It sounds like a sales pitch to me. Maybe she'll break the rules in private if she thinks she can get away with it. You see models banned all the time for this reason. Or maybe she's lying to get you to spend money. If you're worried about being banned then just know what the rules are and don't ask for anything that breaks TOS. Stripchat isn't like Streamate or LiveJasmin. On stripchat if it's not allowed in free chat it's not allowed anywhere.
