EFT issues with Chaturbate

Hihi. (I hope I’m in the right place). I converted tokens near the end of last month, a few days later I was told the transfer was going to be in my account on the 10th at the latest (their words). A few days passed, I inquired where it was; they took a couple days to respond, and I was told it was being processed by the bank that sends the EFT, and that it would be another 3-4 days, but that it was coming. It’s now passed that date, I’ve send another email that no one has replied to, and I’m stressing right out. Everyone tags @punker barbie on their EFT posts, please excuse me if I’m incorrect. Also, I was never given a ticket number that I know of.
