This also happened several months ago. As it stands, this appears to be impacting all or most affiliate accounts. The system properly tracked some spending on the 4th, however it's now tracking zero spending as of the 5th and 6th. I've attached a screenshot from cb-stats, which has as its members hundreds of affiliates, showing the drop off.
Daily revenue hovered at around $40,000 to $50,000 and then dropped to $12,800 on the 4th, and $0 on the 5th. This is time-sensitive and we all need our accounts to reflect actual spending. The concern is that, while spending is obviously still occurring, at a minimum it's not being logged and we worry it might not be properly credited to our accounts. This should be rectified as soon as possible.
Can you please escalate this with support? They haven't been responsive.
