Does the model to studio own the brand (typically)?

Hello all,

Still new-ish to the studio part of things. What I am wondering is if a girl goes to a studio who designs the name, logos, etc. (assuming she didn't have that when she came) and she uses that brand and name while there, would the studio or the model typically own the brand? Or is there not a typical case and it is negotiated? Thank you.

Hi! when she is leaving the studio , they gonna keep that nickname and what they created . usually there is no negotiation , when shes leaving she will start her new brand and do everything by herself .
