Does CB support just have a copy and paste email for refund requests?

I tipped a model for a PM the other day. She looked at my tip and didn't PM me right away so I reported her to CB. This was their response which looks like a generic email to everyone:

As a one-time courtesy, [3] tokens were credited to your account.

At the outset, please be reminded that tipping through the Chaturbate platform is entirely voluntary and is done at your own risk. Going forward you should refrain from engaging in token transactions that involve your tokens being given in exchange for an independent broadcaster providing or doing anything, such as performing a 'specific service', as we are not in a position to enforce an independent broadcaster’s faithful performance of such transactions. Tipping is intended — per the Chaturbate Terms — to be a voluntary gratuity that you can send to an independent broadcaster. It just seems that support just doesn't care anymore. I'll stop myself there.
 
The CB TOS states that tokens are a gift and the model does not need to provide anything in return. The response you received is mostly quoting those Terms of Service that you were unaware of. I recommend you read the CB rules, because you are obligated by them and will make better CB related decisions.

Just for perspective, I have paid for and never received custom videos (hundreds of tokens each). One model and I have joked about it, as it's been years. Sometimes life happens, or your tip/message is not read, etc, and that thing you expected is never provided. It can feel disappointing, but never once did I report those models to CB. Because I know this is their job and me being petty over a few tokens (for something as small as PM) could cost them the ability to pay bills or buy food.

Had a fellow tip tokens for few minutes of Lovense control. Didn't understand that he couldn't use his cell phone - needed to be on a laptop. Threatened to "report me to CB" because I didn't stop my show and tended to his refund request. Like I could do something about it. Should I just tell him to contact support for refund or should I contact them myself?

I have mentioned this before, but I see my theory proven daily on camsites.
In general the male species does not have enough blood in the body to maintain both a functioning brain and boner.

If you had not given him a boner he might have realised the problem of having to have 2 open browser windows at the same time on a phone, in theory it can be done but he would need a magnifying glass to see anything.

Usually if something like this happens to me. I am sending a working link at the specified time for verification. If I'm told it doesn't work or something like that, I check that it works and report it to the user. I am sending the link again (cancelling the previous one). If I get a broken link message again, I can send it again. And to let you know that it works on my end. Asking why the user doesn't use it. In case of any complaints, I say that on my part everything is done correctly and works, so I don’t know what the problem is. And I just move on.
If I get any complaints, I will send a screenshot showing that I did everything correctly on my side and even re-granted access.

LOL at getting butthurt because a woman you gave 15 cents to didn’t stop everything to immediately engage you in pointless PM small talk…that you most likely could’ve just done in her public chat anyway. What were you gonna PM her? “Hi, bb. How are you? You’re so sexy.” 😂 I bet you came into her chat…didn’t greet her at all…and tipped your 3 tokens with “PM” as your only message. The caveman way you guys talk on cam sites is annoying. When a child holds out their GoGurt yogurt and tells me “Open,” I don’t do anything until they rephrase that to “Can you open this, please?”
