If I become a model can I just never cash out and use the tokens to tip other models? Essentially just a way to get free tokens.. am curious if I would even recieve a 1099 Tax form if i never cash out the tokens?

Assumeing you're talking about chaturbate.... No you don't have to cash out. In fact I strictly use Chaturbate for exactly your reason, "free" tokens to tip other models. I can't think of any reason you would get a 1099 if you never receive a payment from them. Although I can't be sure as I haven't been on long enough to say.

Many guys broadcast on CB to get free tokens to tip models, you wouldn’t have to declare anything to the IRS if you never cash out, I don’t think, but I don’t know if CB will ask you to fill out your tax info in order to verify your account so you can get tips
