Hey QT, did you find a service that you like? Many of them seem to be moderately to severely scammy. I also know that one can do DMCA takedowns by hand if one has the time and is willing to study up to do them right. I don't know whether either method is all that successful.

https://cammodelprotection.com I've been curious about their services.. Its pricey, but I would spend the money if they get the job done. I did my own search on some of the models that are known to use it and couldn't find anything.

MFC provides DMCA takedown free of charge. (and anonymous) . I'm not entirely sure of the process how to do it just yet though.
