Daily payout missing

Hello.

Im mysteriousgirl_007 and i have 2 payouts that didnt reach my Cosmo
One was on the 2nd and one on The 4th.I never had any issue with it
Last daily payout was on 30th and Worked just fine
Usualy i received the payout within The next Day. I have been contacted support but unfortunatly havent heard back

I have has issues with payouts since the new year - I've been with CB for about 3 years, get paid by EFT / never had an issue with payout, %95 of the time its been the following day or by day 2.
The past 2 months have been late - last pay period ( Feb 15th to Feb 29th ) I haven't received my email confirmation that it has been sent yet.
